Friday night J&J Catering was birthed. Jess and I catered our first party. Other than forgetting toothpicks (seriously, not a big deal!!!), our party was a complete success!!! :) We had a pretty extensive menu, including hand-stuffed shells, chocolate covered pretzels, bruchetta, hot spinach and artichoke dip, honey-baked ham and rolls, and the list goes on!!! We received numerous compliments on our cooking and we look forward to the next J&J event, as should you!!!!
Ok, so that was Friday night... Busy, busy, but totally rewarding!
Saturday night was the fun night. I was invited to Kappa Alpha's Semi-formal by R.J. We had SO much fun. RJ was a complete gentleman the whole night, and even bought me roses (which still look beautiful, I might add!). We went to dinner at Malibu Grill and then went back to the KA house where we danced and laughed the night away. I didn't get home until 4 am! We definately burned the midnight oil!

This is my brother George and his date, Amanda. What a coincidence - they accidentally had matching outfits! Gosh they are of one mind!
