I'm taking a cooking class that teaches you how to make pasta! Yippee!!
Our menu is:
Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce; Linguini with Toasted Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce; Smoked Salmon and Leek Ravioli with Grapefruit Beurre Blanc.
Can we say - YUMMY!

oh, and if you take the class, you get to eat and take home food (they also serve wine during the class)
